Cyclist's Head Crushed After Being Run Over by Dump Truck
São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul state, Brazil

According to a witness, the cyclist had stopped next to the truck, which was waiting for the traffic light to turn green, at which point the vehicle took off and ran over the victim.

The truck driver told police that he hadn't seen the cyclist at the time of the accident. He stopped at the scene, but it was obviously too late by that point to help the victim.
