Hmmm. I see no bike lane. Why is cyclist not traveling in the roadway? He is entitled to one full lane of the roadway but as a courtesy he travels to the right. The cyclist should have remained with the flow of traffic instead of trying to inch past on the right.

If the guy on the bike followed the rules of the road, he would have stopped BEHIND the big white stop line in the street. If he had stopped behind the line, he lives. No turn on red in New York City. |
