Cartagena, Another tragedy has engulfed the city. A cyclist lost his life Wednesday night after being involved in an accident with a TransCaribe vehicle near Ternera prison. According to initial reports, the man lost control of the bike and fell onto the sidewalk. At that moment, an articulated bus, identified as TC11051, serving route X106 and operated by the concessionaire company Sotramac, failed to brake in time and ran over him with its rear wheels.
