I've seen this sort of punishment before. The first guy would be a thief who has been caught in the act of stealing, which is why he had his hand cut off. The second guy would be a thief who has also been caught in the act of stealing but has attempted to flee the authorities... hence the reason he has had a foot cut off as well as one of his hands. It is a very old, yet barbaric practice that has remained intact since the 13th century. Such is the way of life in some Islamic cultures. |

It's so pathetic that those people are so stupid that they don't realize, cutting off one foot and one hand is just creating ONE MORE BEGGING FUCKHEAD on the streets of an already fucked up place on the planet. They make me ashamed to be human. But I'd feel better if they'd lend those particularly nice sharp blades to the motherfuckers in Mexico.

Yes it's a repost. Yes, they're obviously cutting at the joints, not through bone. And yes, since it's a punishment for being a thief they want him to actually live. That's the punishment...for being a thief. He can't steal anymore, or run away. Woohoo what a country  |

my sister lived in saudi arabia during the gulf war. she brought home her holy garb, photos of saddam hussein at a ****** shop, pieces of scuds etc... she says that they would tie a rope around the persons limb, break it by putting something under it, holding one piece and breaking it cleanly, then cut the skin..thats why its so simple and easy looking.
