This is so much more common than people realise, especially over the last 20 years or so. It's safe to say that thousands of amputations a year are being carried out . What truly shocked me is that crucifixion  is still carried out and is used as an exemplary punishment for the worst crimes in Saudi and that Iran carries quadruple amputations...yes, both hands and both feet. |

What the fuck is wrong with those people. They can't even unite together as a people and make life better for themselves. They are too busy killing each other. I bet deep down, they wish they were Americans. Nobody would live in the shit hole middle east unless they couldn't escape.

Maybe they broke the bones first and then cut. At least thats what Aron Ralston did when he had to cut his own arm off after being trapped by a fallen boulder.
