thats actually two different amputations...
you cant cut off someones right hand twice, but the first one did let out a small scream, more of a whimper though.

I have seen a longer version of this where they actually make the guy with one foot get up and walk to the truck

maybe they broke his limbs before that and then after he recovered a bit, they just snip snip. Alot of blood though, dangerous.
