I'll bet that shit was done by child soldiers. I've heard of warlords training children then sending them out in packs all tweaked out on a mixture of cocaine and gunpowder. Maybe I'm just being naive, but I can't picture adults doing that sort of thing to children that young. Not on that scale. A bunch of geeked out thirteen and fourteen year olds on the other hand...
