Its funny in a sick way, every US cop is just like James Bond with a 'license to kill'... Our law enforcement has zero tolerance for risk or bodily harm, a perp brandishing any 'weapon', however improvised, justifies lethal force. In this courtroom case society admits, however reluctantly, to a hierarchy in life, perhaps something like this: cop > public > Archimedes > soldier who killed Archimedes > gang banger witness > gang banger And who can argue with this logic? Should law enforcement risk bodily harm from a gang member attacking with a pen in court? In the United States, it requires millions of dollars and years of litigation to execute the most heinous criminal. In this video, the perp gave law enforcement an excuse to save the time and cost. |

Fuck him they need to go into the prisons and do the same to all the gang members in there. What are they going to do for society? Not a damn thing! Even with the ones who change their lives and try to help other gang members change that's great and all but look at all the damage they did before they decided to wise up. Scumbags don't deserve second chances to me. Obviously this badass bitch feels the same way! He made his move and faced the fucking consequences for it!

i consider this suicide by police. he had to have known he'd get filled with lead for trying this. sad and stupid. i wouldn't be surprised if the witness got shot too on accident, which is the most harm he could've hoped to cause.
