I had to watch the same thing there once. We had just come out from the " Under The Falls " attraction, and this guy was floating down the river. The Park Rangers made their best attempts, but every time they threw the rope the guy would just put his hands strait up. The guy didnt want the rope, and went over right in front of us. Unless you're in a certain spot, its a 100% chance of death, as you will land on the piles of slate down below. That woman would definately die where she was.

Yea i can just see a few people partying and getting drunk up stream and someone deciding to go skinny dipping. Except the current is so strong and your intoxicated. She looked like she didnt realize where she was till she heard people screaming. People have even tried going over the falls in CONTAINERS specifically created for going over water falls, and have died. She died in a beautiful way, but sad thing is, she didn't realize it till it was to late.
