it's a woman. A horrific traffic accident occurred in Ahmedabad, India. 19-year-old Prerna Ninama, a freshman at Silver Oak University, died after being crushed under a pickup truck crane near the campus. The incident was captured on security cameras, and the fleeing driver was later apprehended by police.

The horrific accident occurred in the Gota area, approximately 200 meters from the Silver Oak University campus. Prerna, a 19-year-old science student, was walking on the left side of the road on her way to class when she was struck from behind by a crane truck. Security camera footage shows the vehicle not stopping after hitting her, but instead running over her.

The young girl, who was seriously injured, died at the scene, while the crane operator, identified as Arun Nishad, abandoned the vehicle and disappeared. Police teams were dispatched to the area following reports from bystanders.

Following a pursuit by security forces, the fleeing driver was apprehended and taken into custody in the Sola area. Local residents expressed their dissatisfaction with the lack of a pedestrian walkway on the road. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
