Re: Cramming Too Much Fire At The Fire Factory*
Nonexistent safety protocols and cheap korean/indochinese tend to cause this stuff. In China the industry concentrates on speed of production at the cost of quality and efficiency. Stuff like the Tianjin explosion are frighteningly common in there.

Re: Cramming Too Much Fire At The Fire Factory*
Any foundry experts on DR want to chime in? What happened? Whats burning on him, he stays lit like a torch. Wouldn't their outer uniform be fire resistant? In the last third of the video, the camera pans back to the machine and you can see a molten pool glowing hotter than a lava flow. Surprised the guy lasted that long, he still rolled in the latter part of the video. Maybe he is wearing Nomex or something... |

Re: Cramming Too Much Fire At The Fire Factory*
When you hear the news about the cheap Chinese steel and aluminum and Trump is putting tariffs on, is because Chinese companies operate places like this. With shitty safety protocols for their workers, shitty training, shitty pay, no regulations, etc. Companies that actaually invest in their workers safety can’t compete.
