What's to keep us moral then? They often ask....not realizing that most "good" people are moral because they get joy by spreading joy to others. They feel good, by making OTHERS feel good. The only thing that might keep them from doing bad things is the fear that an ALL-Mighty punisher might be watching them and get them in the afterlife. Those people hide behind religion thinking it's a safehouse, not realizing that the rest of us require no threat of punishment in order to keep us moral.
