Re: Couple on Scooter Slammed into the Back of a Truck
I'm not certain if he was the rider or not—and she was the passenger—but I am inclined to assume that, statistically, he might have been the one in the driver's seat, so to speak. Now, if that's the case, I have absolutely no compassion for him, if his imbecility, carelessness and failure to protect his passenger caused her apparent death. Frankly, I regret he's not dead, but at least I hope that he will be paralyzed or suffer horribly, though, sadly, that maybe only wishful thinking. I just hate it, people—sick of all these idiot men killing women riding on the back saddle. Fuck him to hell if he was the one who caused this. (Duh...) |

Re: Couple on Scooter Slammed into the Back of a Truck
It looks to me more like she was the driver, he was the passenger, which is why she’s wedged up under the handlebars, and he’s falling off the back.

Re: Couple on Scooter Slammed into the Back of a Truck
I agree on reckless driving as a rule but the video itself highly suggests that she was the driver and he the passenger (particularly as she's wedged under the vehicle and folded and he's at the rear of it and on the ground, and the direct nature of the collision vs angled ). So you should also be similarly mad at her recklessness if this was the case.

Re: Couple on Scooter Slammed into the Back of a Truck
Thank you for your response; I very much appreciate it. Yes, I would be similarly mad at her recklessness if that were the case, but not equally mad if she was hot—because I can be a shallow bastard, when attractive women are involved. (This would make me a horribly incompetent prosecutor or judge, if I were to have chosen those professions, LOL) On a serious note though, because of the great preponderance of videos on this and other websites, where male motorcycle riders cause the death of their female passengers, it appears that I had come in with a strong pre-existing bias and an overly emotional stance—having thus neglected to properly examine the video evidence. Indeed, I don't see how physics can make it possible that their bodies would've ended up in the positions we see—and still support my emotion-driven quasi-argument, which clearly arose from presupposition and partiality. I don't like to see women getting hurt, so yes, I've always displayed a bias on this issue, even to the point that anger can even make me less compassionate to male victims, if there is an even remotely attractive female victim present—dead or alive. This is a severe character flaw on my part, because I have always been a sycophant and adorer of attractive women (No, I would not "grab them by the pus@#y, LOL), as to me they can almost do no wrong; they instantly cause me to feel compassion towards them. (I don't even know if this one here was good looking, but I somehow assumed it, though I don't know why.) Evidenrly, it appears that I possess an even worse character flaw, since I now realize I am completely unable to show compassion for unattractive people (not even in death), to the point that I cannot even look at their bodies or faces (dead or alive)—as they revulse me. I'm sorry if any of this causes distress to anyone, but I think it's better to be honest, than to be either blind or dissemble, regarding issues bearing upon moral matters. As a non-theistic Satanist, however, I am not ashamed of my feelings, but I am nevertheless able to engage in self-analysis, introspection and earnest revisitation of my beliefs. I will continue to be disgusted by ugly motherfuckers though, such as that (or any other) dreadlocked pimped-out bastard who murdered the Ukrainian girl—schizophrenia or not.(And yes, I would equally hate White female/male perpetrators, of any race, if they committed criminal acts, but not if they were attractive {the females I mean}—told you I'm fucked up, LOL) Not that it makes it any better, but f it is any consolation, I do understand that I'm supposed to feel compassion, even for uglies—albeit I can only muster a simulacrum of sadness, in the congealed abstract. Am I on the sociopathic spectrum? I hope not. I hope I'm just a normal man who is blinded by his thinking with the other head. So now, I have secreted to you the source and kernel of my prejudice, to which you made me so keenly aware. I regret any confusion that my incomplete and necessarily flawed analysis imparted upon anyone reading it in this thread. Thank you for bringing it to my attention, my friend, and persuading me to look at the video again and correct my statements. Warm regards. |

Re: Couple on Scooter Slammed into the Back of a Truck
Thanks for sharing more of your perspective. I wasn't expecting the bias towards attractive people so that was interesting. I get the default of having more sympathy towards women as well, but they're just as capable of doing evil as men are, albeit much more rarely from how most people would judge such. With so many videos on the site it's easy to miss things and I get the anger at incompetent drivers (one of my biggest annoyances as the deaths they cause are largely preventable and easily, at that). I don't know much about farming and am not that mechanically inclined so it's fun to see comments that specify which equipment malfunctions or people are complacent around, in such videos. We can always learn something new. Appreciate your openness! Take care! |
