The way that guy is lying he got blasted good. The voice on the film is talking like he is at a golf tournament. I thought there would be golf claps at the end.

It sounds like hes speaking french. Its possible. He was describing what they were wearing. At 0:25 you can hear him say jeans and sandals. He then says the girl has a blue blouse with a white blouse underneath. You can hear him say "bluza azul" and "bluza blanca". Azul (pronounced azool) is blue and blanca (pronounced blanka) is white. Hes giving fashion commentary.
