That first guy was such a pussy ass rookie. No wonder it took so long to off his head, he was more focused on making sure he didn't mess up his manicure. How the hell are you supposed to get a good grip on buddies hair with a plastic bag over your hand.

The second guy was just plain ole embarrassed to be a muzz-slum that day and tried to make it up to Alah by doing the other guy quickly and efficiently.
