Looks like sea lice (louse) feeding Have seen 3-4 cases in my area, where the deceased hasn't been submerged for that long, but has sustained this type of trauma, sometimes in a matter of hours. Dependent on the species, they can be very aggressive feeders. Almost like miniature piranhas. Cant be sure, but looks very similar |

Ya but you can actually submerge yourself in a pool of water with them and unless you have a wound or are bleeding from somewhere, they will leave you alone...some natural or fish tv host did this one time I can't remember who and can't be bothered to google it lol.
