I know that area. Sad that it is always full of trash. Often you see dead animals, and sometimes dead human bodies. This is located by the ugly Malecón. Very near where "El Jefe" was shot and killed like a dog in 1961. I can never understand why such a visible area to tourists is never clean. Just another side of Dominican priorities. Fucking disgusting...
