American cops = Low I.Q. = Subpar thought processes = Moronic behavior. Hence the complete inability to deduct: Headshot=Brain death. (Obvious by the amount of blood that had already poured out of his head at the moment, which translates to disruption of one or more of the cerebral arteries, causing full incapacitation of the subject.) |

That rule needs to change. The guy was just fucking riddled with bullets and down. Let him die or receive medical care with dignity. Its a stupid thing to do and inhumane. Deers that are hunted are treated better.

The guy wasn't fleeing, he was walking backwards and drew the gun and the officer fired...administrative leave was done so you wouldnt have riots...
