The memorial drawn on the sidewalk is nothing short of idiotic. This wasn't some dude who was gunned down for no good reason. This was an idiotic man armed with a gun, not obeying simple commands, who could have easily shot and killed the officers or bystanders.

Normally you only fire when your life or another's is in imminent danger. I was in L.E. for 14 years and KNOW the escalation of force rules for a justifiable shooting. Because someone has a sidearm isn't an automatic death sentence. He moved his hands but did it slow and methodically not even looking their way which makes me think this was too soon of a shooting. Of course they have the odds in their favor and I can guarantee you it'll be called justifiable homicide because her moved his hands and didn't listen.

American cops are fucking cowards. If you are that "afraid for your life," you shouldn't be a cop. No one told you to become a cop. No one told you to put your life in danger. The fact that you may lose your life is part of the goddamn job. You job is to serve the people. If you are that worried about getting home to your family then you should have chosen a different career path. People are so quick to make excuses for someone in a blue uniform, as if they were born into it. Other countries have successfully proven that deadly force is less often necessary than it is used in America. Any cop that jumps at the chance to murder someone "in self defense," is nothing more than a coward hiding behind a badge and glory they didn't earn.

What state were you a LEO? Our current USA laws appear unnecessarily dangerous to the gun owning public. Furthermore,extermination is no way of dealing with the USA's ***** problems.


An old friend was a LEO in Illinois for 25 years. When he was in police academy after he got hired, the academy put his class thru lifelike training situations. A female in his police class was put in a traffic stop scenario, the car "driver" (an instructor) left the car and ran away for no reason. The female student pulled out her "gun" and shot the fleeing driver, that was her response. She flunked the academy because of her response in that situation.

So yeah, two mentally challenged individuals (woman and *****) meet up and one has the authority to blow the other away...

BTW, my town in the Chicago burbs is advertising for policemen, pay is 70K USD to 101K USD per year + benefits. Police work is several times less dangerous than farming.
