When they were approaching, the male cop told the female cop she was using non-lethal. He even went so far as to tell her to “taze her” and she couldn’t even unholster her tazer at that point. It was a “clean” shooting, use of force justified. The male cop did what any other LEO would do which is to try and prevent the need for deadly force. That’s why he told the female officer to use non-lethal force. The only reason why deadly force even needed to be used was because the female officer didn’t do her job. A 9 inch chef’s knife is a deadly weapon, and he had no choice. |

As I'm sure someone else said to your dumb ass, the cops didn't know what they were walking into other than that there was a suicidal person. You live in a fantasy world where you don't realize how many similar calls result in de-escalations because those don't get views from people like you. I'm not sure what someone like you would know about knives or guns or anything really, but shields aren't going to do anything in those situations to truly protect officers. I guarantee you're also the type of person who wouldn't focus in on the fact the female officer MAY have had a chance to tase her and didn't.
