I had this happen when I worked in a group home for men with maladaptive behavior. He broke a coffee pot, came at me with it quicker than she did. He was very overweight though and his reflexes were shitty so I was able to get out of his way and somehow take him down. My coworker stood there just watching because it freaked him out so much.
