He was walking away...initially. When the cop approached him he turned and they perforated him. Whether he was a danger to the cops is debatable from what I saw, but he was trying to enter the petrol station where other customers are, so again he could have grabbed a hostage or stabbed someone. Surely the petrol station has CCTV and we may see the end more clearly.  |
