A fat woman running with a knife where the policeman ran towards her trying to stop her from running and accidentally get cut and get shot with 5 rounds. American police were thought "Make sure you kill them. Don't aim at their hands or legs but only body and head. A knife is good enough reason to get kill regardless they are 1 meter or 5 meter away from you. If not we still need to feed them free meals in the jail everyday"
