Re: Cops Fatally Shooting Man with Knife and Pellet Gun
The job of the dispatcher is to get as much information as possible so that they can get the critical info to the responding officers. If the police are responding to a call where they know the subject has a weapon that they've been seen using, and then that subject is seen reaching just before charging a cop from a short distance, you consider that a slight provocation? And finallly, the cops are yelling and repeating themselves to get the non involved civilians out of danger... and to clear the suspect so they can cuff him and get him first aid... Come on people, use your brains. |

It's policy and training to say show me your hands. People can also still be a threat after being shot several times. As far as mag dumping goes...have a crazy asshole charge you with a knife and gun and see how many times you'd shoot him. I think you're the braindead one here.

Re: Cops Fatally Shooting Man with Knife and Pellet Gun
Yeah it’s called an immediate threat. He was shot once and still got up and charged the Officer. Should he have just let himself get stabbed or shot. You’re the idiot. Tell you what idiot, let’s see you get hired at a PD so you can show us all how it’s done. Many suspects are still active threats even after being shot and laying on the ground. Brain dead is you. So genius, show us all how it should be done. If not—STFU!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
