Yeah clearly the untouched third member of the party was somehow in cahoots with the shooter. He has no reaction to the shooting, the shooter has nothing obscuring his face and is unconcerned, and then the third member of the party walks off in the same direction as the shooter. This was a set up, one way or the other.

It looks like the two victims were having some sort of argument with the untouched third party and if so it may have been escalating for a while, perhaps they threatened violence. if the shooter is a cop it’s likely the guy was wearing a wire or was undercover.. if it became clear he was in danger this might have been the solution.

Totally agree with few of the other posters..the 2 hit were set up by the third guy who had previously arranged for shooter to whack them. If i was third guy and innocent i would of run [shitting my pants] in the opposite direction from the shooter..just incase he had a change of mind. |
