Cop Trying to Stop Four Men Robbing Pedestrians Ends Up Dead by His Own Gun
The sergeant of the Military Police of Amazonas, Ayub Carlos França de Araújo, was shot in the back on the night of this Wednesday, June 27, 2018, in front of the Samaúma Shopping Mall, located at Avenida Noel Nutels, North of Manaus, and died a few moments later at the Danilo Corrêa Service. Information not yet confirmed indicates that the sergeant was shot by three men who were trawling in front of the mall. The criminals would have taken his pistol. The video you will see now shows the sergeant on the ground, shot, still alive. According to Lieutenant Adilson, Ayub was in a food stall outside the mall when he saw four men trying to rob pedestrians. He then stepped in and went into a body fight with one of the assailants, who managed to take the gun and shot him at his back. Then two of the bad guys stole the bike from the LXA-7025 and fled. The other two, including the one who shot the sergeant, fled on foot toward the Riacho Doce neighborhood. Soon afterwards, several vehicles from the 6th Interactive Community, Rocam and Tactical Force Company searched the area but could not locate the offenders. |

The guy was trying to stop 4 pedestrians from being robbed? There are bad police men and there are good police men. This guy lost his life trying to help others and you say good riddance?

I respect your stance and appreciate you knowing your status in the world.. I have been mistreated and assaulted by american police a few times (I am American) and I have been thrown in jail unjustly more than once . I do not consider my self a criminal. there is a time in my life when I would have cheered any cop getting mowed down .... today I do not , really don't want anyone to get hurt or killed , I know cops can be dicks but they are still human and can change. my two cents . |

I don't consider myself of the "criminal element" but we all do what we have to do to get by sometimes. However i have had police help me in situations that had they not been there i dread to think what would have happened. The police do a lot more than just arrest criminals etc. Plus anyway, if they're so bent you should get on side with them. Lol.
