After watching the video multiple times, I respectfully disagree with your assumption. After shooting the police officer the perp picked-up the officer's weapon before running away. A shell is much smaller than the dark object the perp picked-up. :) |

most illegal criminals have been trained to aim for the center and keep shooting till the threat is null. these criminals want to go home to the kids at night.. there just doing a job they have responsibilities. thats why when people say, why didnt the crook just shoot the innocent bystander in the leg? we have to remember, they deal with split second life threatening situations whenever there at work.....
