Cool video! With the war on drugs here in the Philippines, I always hear the cops say that the suspects always fought back or "nanlaban" as a justification on why they shot the victims. That frequently happens when the suspect is some meters away from the police. This video however, is very surprising; for one because the suspect is almost restrained and two because they are Policia Militar, which I bet are much more highly trained than our Police. This is one video that could justify those alibis.
