"A 30 year old military police was shot dead yesterday (8/15) during a struggle with a suspect.
Immediately the officer was placed inside a car and taken to the emergency room. He died on the way to the hospital.
At the police station the accused, Kennedy confessed the authorship of the crime, but claimed to have shot the cop accidentally.
