Cop Shoots Bodaboda Rider and His Pregnant Woman
CCTV camera shows the fatal shooting of a boda boda rider and a pregnant woman (passenger) that took place in front of a health Clinic in Uganda.. According to the way the shooting occurred, it seems that the gunman and the lady knew each other because they were seen talking to each other before moving towards the motorcycle. It was later confirmed that the pregnant woman was the wife of the officer. The Boda Boda rider was a Chairman whom the killer accused of stealing his wife.  The police officer shot the cyclist thrice at point blank, killing him instantly and leaving the pregnant woman fighting for her dear life after being caught by the fourth bullet. (other sources say she died also, in the Hospital) Eyewitnesses reveal that prior to the shooting, the cop had warned the Boda-Boda rider from carrying the pregnant woman to her destination, reasoning that he was enforcing the COVID-19 curfew that was announced.  However, the cyclist insisted that it was already past time for the curfew but during the scuffle he raised his AK-47 assault rifle and pumped three bullets into the bodaboda driver, leaving him in a pool of blood. After the shooting the cop left the Cyclist’s body lying besides the pregnant woman who was bleeding profusely and he ran away wielding his killer weapon. He was tracked by other officers and shot dead. |
