When you're on a jury, you can only find the defendant guilty or not for the crime they were charged with. And/or a lesser charge, but no higher. Murder is killing someone with the intent to actually kill them. Shooting someone half a dozen times in the back clearly demonstrates intent to kill. Therefore, it's a murder, not manslaughter. At least, according to UK law. Maybe it's different in the US.

The guy was 50 years old, and was not going to get far running, he did not take the cops tazer , the cop planted the tazer on him after the shooting to frame him and take blame away from himself and it would have worked had it not been for the guy videoing it all so well done you , and im white but this was not deserved and was in a nutshell MURDER 1ST DEGREE, and may that fucker rot in jail !

unfortunately we don't see the struggle because the video starts too late. it is very possible he took the tazer, dropped it and then ran away.. not like it matters much to sentencing him for murder, I don't think it makes a difference
