You have four kids, probably by four different women, engaged to another, not paying for your responsibilities, bout to knock up another, oh ok you were honorably discharged from the US Coast Guard,doesn't make you an honest person. You lied from the beginning to the officer about the owning the vehicle,you planned on running the first time when he caught your sneaky ass trying to get out of the car,the video didn't catch the " encounter" until after contact and fleeing. Ok, yes he did " excessively " use force I totaly get that and second it,the cop could have shot him in the leg or back of the kneecap to immobilize him,or hell for that matter,he was a young strappy cop,he could of chased him. BUT........ In that heated moment would you think you were gonna die if someone ran from you, and after catching up to them they turn on you and start trying to take your means of self defense. Or would you defend yourself? Riddle me this!
