This is the fault of two people.

If he had just stayed in his car, as instructed, nothing would have escalated beyond that point.

The bottom line is, if people (black, white, green, purple, whatever color they are) would simply do as instructed at a traffic stop, none of this shit would ever escalate. However, people have to push it and be defiant.

The guy had a taillight out, which gave the officer probable cause to stop him. Perhaps the moron should have made sure his vehicle was properly working before going out and making himself a target.

It doesn't give the cops the right to execute people.

The guy was running away, he shot him in the back........ Seeing as this cop was capable of doing this, and capable of tampering with the evidence and the crime scene, and every cop that was there seems capable of lying to cover up this murder, I'd probably run too.

And if not for the video, he'd probably get away with it, just like that thug Zimmerman who's been charged numerous time for violent offences, domestic assaults, etc etc.......
