The reason why no one is giving a fuck is because in Vietnam, nobody likes the cops. Cops are considered the most crooked, fucked up, and deceiving bitches alive. Plus if this was in Ho Chi Minh City, like I think it was then definitely explains why he was left to die. South Vietnam hates communism and communist, all cops and government jobs are given to the communist. |
