Because in Latin America cops are held accountable unlike in the USA, the guy was kicked while he had both hands behind his back and not threatening the officer's life, thus he had no justification to use self defense, he's fu**ed!

I don't think anyone saw a weapon, the cop behind him was bending over looking at his hands, so if they did think he was a threat to thier life that move is by far the dumbest reaction, and what ever he dropped was very clearly not a weapon. They even kicked what looks to be a hat back to his now lifeless body? Also his hands don't seem to move until he is Spartan kicked into the beyond

Here in Albuquerque, NM. An elderly 88 yr old man was shot by count deputies with pepper balls 88 times and sustained burns to his skin and a broken pelvis. He eventually died from his injuries. He was distraught because his wife of 67 years had just passed. Deputies claim he came at them with a kitchen knife. The deputies were never disciplined and neither the sheriff nor department ever made as public apology to the victims family. To extreme opposites of injustice.
