Cop Arrested After Kicking a Man Obstructing Traffic Down That Died
Residents of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of San Cristóbal called the police this morning to alert a man who was standing on the street, obstructing traffic and with no intention of moving. In the video recorded by a security camera shows the man surrounded by members of the City Police. Then one of them kicks him between the stomach and chest, the man falls and is lying on the floor. Despite having received medical assistance, the subject dies shortly afterwards in the hospital. According to police sources, the man initially raised his voice and extracted a white weapon, with which he threatened the first cops who arrived at the scene. The police asked for reinforcements and it was then that Ramírez arrived that after giving several instructions to the man and the latter not responding, he kicked him. In the case intervened by order of Court No. 8, Ramirez was arrested and charged with "wrongful death." |

Re: Cop Arrested After Kicking a Man Obstructing Traffic Down That Died
If the man was threatening ANYONE with a weapon, and would not comply, he deserved to be taken down. If he happened to land heavily, because of his weight, or any other reason, and die, then that's the consequence of him breaking the law and behaving badly. How is a policeman held responsible for the death of this man? It doesn't make any sense. The very CLEAR VIDEO FOOTAGE shows that the man was very blatantly concealing 'something'.... with 'BOTH HANDS' behind his back. He proceeded to pull this 'now clearly visible WEAPON' out from behind him. The police officer IMMEDIATELY saw the weapon.......and kicked him! (FUCK... I WOULD HAVE SHOT HIM!) Do the cops now need to wear cotton wool 'suits' WTAF? (What The Actual Fuck) ![]() This cop was called in and arrived to see a huge man putting the general public in danger, and instead of shooting him, he kicked him, so the man would fall down, so as to restrain him safely. The man fell awkwardly, and died. How is this the Police officers fault? |

Because it is illegal to murder people. It's also illegal to kick people. Have you forgotten reality? If the guy had a weapon and was threatening police that's a different story. But he clearly did not have a weapon as the video shows. |

Re: Cop Arrested After Kicking a Man Obstructing Traffic Down That Died
Are you fucking 'BLIND!?' What was the fat fuck doing with his hands behind his back? The 'weapon' he had behind his back fell out of his hands and VERY CLEARLY landed on the floor, as he fell! Dude. Umm, did you see the weapon? Go to 'Specksavers' to get your eyes tested if you're in the UK. Go to 'Walmart' if you're in the U.S.A (Which seems to be getting fucking 'GREAT ONCE AGAIN!) and get some glasses... Dude, do yourself a fat favour, phaalease! Just get your eyesight sorted. Yeah! |

Re: Cop Arrested After Kicking a Man Obstructing Traffic Down That Died
Would you say, in your professional opinion, that this was a take down that was justified, or was it 'overkill?' (Did you see the perpetrator concealing a weapon behind his back, with both arms?) This officer 'kicked' the man, which was a darn sight better than shooting him, wouldnt ya say? Poor bloke. This cop was only doing his job. |
