I thought it was one of those, sierial; bomber gets stopped and blasts his way out of a tickket but it not.. it 2 cool drunk dudes that unload big ass guns on this old ass cop. the cop is off the screen but Im pretty sure he's in a ditch.

I agree with Bizarro, as soon as the other guy got out of the vehicle, step back behind his friend ( like use him as a shield ) if any agressive movement, blow them both to hell, fuck them.
