The guy looked indecisive and in an aggressive mood. Should have obeyed the cops. As it looked, it seems he was daring the cops to shoot him instead. Death wish? Just a question to US members here... do they issue both gun and tasers for each cop? in a pair of cops like that, is it possible that there would be at least one taser in every pair on a beat or patrol? |

I don't know. I feel like the cop ontop of ther screen should have had plenty of time and training to take HIM down from behind after the spot light lit up. Maybe I'm wrong.

Yes, every cop has a taser that is capable of firing 2 separate charges from about 20ft, along with 1extra reload in their belt. BUT when there's 2 cops, each one takes control of lethal and nonlethal. If the non lethal fails the second cop takes over. That's how it's Supposed to be. Sometimes they just like breaking in their brand new glock or Ar15

1. Suspect was advancing with a knife/lethal weapon at close range. 2. Tasers often fail. 3. If less-lethal fails and other officer misses with gun, first officer possibly gets stabbed and dies. |
