I really hope someone helps them. The US is tapped out so hopefully the Germans or another capable country goes in and helps those poor civilians.

Wow, that is sad, but we come to DR to see things we wouldn't normally see, the things you can't see on the news, but to some degree know is happening somewhere in the world, thanks for the upload oHeLL, it might make a few people realize that their life is not so bad after all.
