somebody put that pistol in the dead man's hand for the aftermath photo shoot...it wasn't there in the video, and the bodyguard would have been foolish if he had allowed it.

Absolutely. Plus the gun was quite obviously not where it would've been had he died with it in his hand, cadaveric spasm style. |
