The bodyguard was alert but his tactical training is lousy, at 0:16 the criminal has his gun pointed at him and the bodyguard instead of shooting him again lunges at him to do disarm, that was stupid and could have got him killed! Lucky for the bodyguard the criminal did't (or couldn't) shoot. The bodyguard disarms the guy and then pistol whips him but instead of focusing his attention in the direction the accomplice ran he goes in the opposite direction giving his back to the second attacker (who could have returned) the bodyguard does not know hot to secure the perimeter, he's alive because he was lucky. The gun was obviously posed and is not backed up by video evidence, that was stupid. |

The gun was placed on the dead person. Notice when he was shot he lost the gun in the process. His right arm was pointing on the wrong direction with no gun. In the picture the last picture his arm is pointing with the direction of the yellow sign. In the video his arm is across the sign. Typical Mexican crap. I wondered what ever happened to his gun? Or did they just pick it up and put it back on his hand?

It was posed there for the picture. In the video you can see the guys hand flop back onto the pavement right at the end without the gun in it - it is a different pose than what is shown in the pictures.
