Do these people have no morals at all? Breaking his arm? Totally reasonable. Inflicting a fatal head wound after he’s already on the ground with a shattered arm? Yeah that punishment does not fit the crime. I hope the police and the perp’s family identify the rock thrower from the video and he pays for this murder.

Way to completely miss the point… Human beings are objectively, quantifiably and qualitatively NOT ‘the same’, whether as individuals, or as groups. We differ in hundreds of dimensions (including the superficial ones you listed and in ways that are much deeper…)

To assert that humans, as individuals or as groups, are ‘the same’ and thus interchangeable is actually kinda gross and highly dystopian.

It arguably might make things easier if we were ‘the same’, but just wanting something to be true and pretending as though it’s a fact simply doesn’t make it so.

There are many, many, ‘disparities’ between these groups, and most of those favor me not wanting them to come here in any great numbers.

The frequency of some random crowd allowing somebody to be stoned to death for stealing something as trivial as a cell phone, in the west, is practically zero.

The fact that a group ‘is represented’ doesn’t make the numbers even remotely comparable (such implied innumeracy being another one of those ‘disparities’.) Here is better than there, and it ain’t just the scenery.
