La Jagua de Ibirico, Cesar, Colombia An unidentified man was murdered, under circumstances which remain unclear. Found besides his body were several sheets of paper, on which was written that the man was a 'junkie and traitor', and that his death was part of an alleged 'social cleansing'. |
