Can you even do anything in this case to help? Would it be worth it? Like… are there any experts who have advice on how to maybe buy someone like this a few extra hours of hope? I mean, the guy is literally breathing through his mouth and a hole in his throat, and an artery is severed.

Someone could at least hold his hand and not let him die alone like an animal. All that people just watching and making stupid comments suck. But this is Colombia, just like much of Latin America.
