Colombian Criminal Shot Dead by Robbery Victim
On a street in Medellín, an unidentified criminal, who had arrived at the scene alongside his accomplice on a motorbike, approached a man and demanded his belongings. The criminal took the citizen's cell phone, wallet, and a golden rosary. However, whilst the criminal was fleeing the scene, the citizen took out his firearm and killed the criminal, who had no ID papers on him. His accomplice fled the scene on his motorbike.

The little doggo there has more balls than what was sitting at that table since he looked to be the only one proactive in not letting that robbery happen in the first place.

Re: Colombian Criminal Shot Dead by Robbery Victim
How are these shootings handled in court? It’s 100% obvious who the criminal was and that he’s threatening people’s lives with a loaded gun. Does the *victim shooter get a free pass or does something like this go to court for a decision? |

Re: Colombian Criminal Shot Dead by Robbery Victim
I would think that if the crime was fleeing and shot, he posed no further threat to the shooter, however, defense would argue that the shooting was s justifiable self- defense. Prosecutors wouldn't get a murder conviction, they'd likely go for manslaughter. That's IF charges were even filed in this case.

Did the guy in red look like he was reaching for a weapon?
