In a tragic incident, a woman known as "La C" died while participating in the festivities of San Martin in Santa Barbara de Pinto, Magdalena. C. E. G, as she was actually called, was a well-loved figure in the community and loved to dance. According to reports, C. was enjoying the celebration, dancing to papayera music, dressed in her tank top. However, in the middle of the dance, she stopped, as if she was trying to get some air. She closed her eyes and tried to carry on, but eventually collapsed to the ground in front of the eyes of the crowd surrounding her. Despite attempts to help her, the efforts were futile. C. G. died on the spot, apparently due to a sudden cardiac arrest |
