Yep, ive rewatched it several times. The shooter simply missed.. firing what looks like just a fraction above the bill of the cap. Then not seeing if it was a hit, to then shoot at the other guy. He fired at least four times, missing three. Looks to have simply been very nervous and/or rushed! |

why the waiter or anyone from the drinking group leaving those empty bottles on the table when new ones arrive is a riddle to me unless at the end of the evening they count all the bottles so they know the number of consumptions on the bill matches the empty bottles in front of them.

On the video it show that maybe the shooter's first shot was at the other guy before firing to the head of the dead guy.
