In Cascavel, Parana, Brazil, 21 year old Luana Franco was killed in her own home on 13th November 2016.

Luana owed Mateus Ferreira Fonseca (I can't find any photos of him), also 21, money for drugs. He began by trying to choke her + then tried to strangle her with a rope. She was apparently stabbed in the back 8 times before being decapitated.

22 year old Edilson Lucas Bueno filmed it. In January 2017, Edilson was killed by police for his involvement in the death of a military police officer.
