Re: Close-by Execution when He Wanted to Shop at Gas Station Convenience Store
There are many factors to consider about firearms and ammunition in Latin America. 1. They don't have a gun culture like in America. 2.- Firearms can't be bought brand new at a local gun shop or Walmart. 3.- Most guns in the hands of criminals come from the black market and are from bad shape to trash worthy. 4.- People don't have a clue how to give proper care or maintain a a firearm or properly store ammo. 5.- Ammo is acquired on the black market and probably carried in trouser pockets subject to humidity and what not, aside from being continuously handled in dirty, oily and sweaty hands. 6.- Brazilian firearms (Taurus) used in crimes are typically old, when they were even of lower quality than today, very far from being like a budget Taurus 856 .38 Special revolver of today. 7.- People don't get the amounts of practice your regular gun owner in America has. So you can get a general idea about how thins go down there! |
