That part isn't all that shocking. Bosses' kids have been the biggest fuck-ups on any given job site since the dawn of human industry.  And what's so shocking about this? Every time someone dies while flying around on trapeze or taming lions, their employer is always like, "Oh, we're so shocked!" But isn't that just the law of averages at work? I'd just be like, "Hey, be glad it doesn't happen more often. We must be doing *somethin'* right!  "
